Why halloween should be banned

I strongly feel that halloween should be banned because it will scare people and give kids bad dreams.Many people think that we should still celebrate it just because they get candy. Or some people agree with me and some people do not. However in my opinion I still think that we should ban it because some people won't forget it until they grow up or some children might get kidnapped when they walk by themselves.
