Cybersmart Challenge #5

Finally, I made it! I finally finished all 5 Cybersmart Challenges, it's been a long and fun journey, and I'm finally done. Anyways, for this last Cybersmart Challenge the activity was about webcam. Webcam is just like camera and in this activity I had to take a picture of a painting, drawing or sculpture, and I chose to take a picture of a painting I've done last year. In the slide above is a picture of the painting I did.

Revision of Robotics in Technology

In Robotics we learnt how to program a mbot, well, the year 7's learnt how to program a mbot. I'm a year 8 and I was in Mr Krishna's (My Robotic teacher) class last year and we learnt how to program a mbot back then. This term most of the things we did were things we had done last year so the class was pretty easy, but I did learn how to write my initials using coding. This term was quite disappointing because we missed out some of our classes at Tamaki because of covid and lockdown. I enjoyed being in Mr Krishna's class because if we had time, in the end of the class we would do a quiz or a kahoot about coding and mbots. Despite missing out on those weeks, I still had learnt some things and had fun doing it. In the picture above is a code that we've done in class, and maybe if you have a mbot you could try it out.

Cybersmart Challenge #4

 

This time for the Cybersmart Challenge I did activities of how to hide your bookmark bar. In the slide above are the activities I have done. It was a intresting thing to find out that I don't know that much about my laptop, and these Cybersmart challenges really helped me.

Cybersmart Challenge #2

 

In the slide above are the activities my class and I were doing in class. We had to complete some activities and post it on our blog. I'm far behind, because there are 6 or 7 cybersmart challenges and I'm only on my second one, but I'll manage to catch up. Overall I enjoyed completing these activities and I hope I still do in my next ones.
